Working with Debs from Horsewyse was great fun because she's so enthusiastic about the job, and managed to turn me into a regular customer in about five minutes flat. For cost effectiveness we modified a prebuilt shopping cart module and added a new design, working from the Horsewyse logo and colours. I used a simple watermark of a running horse for the content background and made ten images for the rotating header module covering basic stock - these images also doubled as category icons. Despite the more jagged style of the logo, I found that a smoother style of lineart worked best, and added a light gradient to blend each image into the headers background. The horse shoe on the menu extended the theme into the rest of the site.
